On your plate: Mediterranean shared plates and seasonal delights, crafted with local, short-circuit ingredients. Enjoy our offerings at lunch and dinner in an intimate setting, located in one of the most beautiful spots in the historic center.
In your glass: Natural and biodynamic wines selected with care, along with our signature cocktails made from artisanal spirits and house-made syrups, crafted fresh each week.
On tap: Artisan beer from Vendargues, available on draught, in bottles, and cans.
All our fruits and vegetables are seasonal, sourced from Occitanie producers practicing sustainable agriculture. 🌱
Our bread and dough come from local artisans within 200 meters of the restaurant, delivered daily by bike or on foot.
Our cheeses are directly sourced from a dedicated affineur in Montpellier.
Our meats are raised with respect for animal welfare, fed on grains, and free from antibiotics.
Everything on our menu, including condiments, is made in-house. 🖤
