On the plate, a Mediterranean cuisine of sharing and culinary delights in season and short circuit, to discover at lunch and dinner in an intimate setting in one of the most beautiful squares in the historic centre.
In the glass, lovingly selected natural and biodynamic wines and signature cocktails, made with homemade spirits and syrups prepared on the premises each week.
As for the suds, there's craft beer brewed in Vendargues on tap, in bottles and cans.

All our fruit and vegetables are selected in season from sustainable producers in Occitanie. 🌱
Our bread and dough is sourced from committed artisans within a 200m radius of the restaurant, delivered daily by bike or on foot.
Our cheeses are sourced directly from the producer by our cheese ripener in Montpellier.
Our meat is reared with respect for animal welfare, fed on cereals and free from antibiotics.
All our dishes and condiments are homemade 🖤
